All orders usually ship within 10 working days after approval of proof. A PDF proof will be e-mailed to you after the completion of the artwork. There are no returns on personalized merchandise unless it is our error. Production will not begin until the proof has been approved. Orders can be cancelled within 3 business days of placement. After this time frame some charges may be incurred. Wrong size garments ordered cannot be returned after they are decorated. We ship via U.S. Postal Service or via UPS ground or Air. We will ship by whatever carrier you prefer.
